Over three decades ago, a young adventurer named Muditha Dela set out on a hike through the lush trails of the Sinharaja Rainforest, wearing a simple chain he had crafted by hand. That single creation, born from a passion for both nature and artistry, caught the eye of a traveller who offered to buy it on the spot.
What began as a moment of curiosity and appreciation in the heart of the forest blossomed into a lifelong journey—a journey defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and an enduring love for the natural beauty of gemstones.
Today, more than 35 years later, that same spirit continues to shine through every piece we create. From the depths of our own mines in Dela, Ratnapura—which has been in our family for 800 years—where the earth yields its treasures, to the skilled hands of our artisans who transform them into timeless works of art, each gem tells a story of dedication, authenticity, and passion.
